OG T 59eaf5c51b fix(sidebar): 從 top:68px 開始，不再蓋住 header brand area ...

sidebar 原本從 top:0 + 68px spacer 實作，z-index:40 > header:30
導致 sidebar 蓋住 header 左側 brand area (AwoooI logo 消失)
修復: 改為 top:68px bottom:0，完全在 header 下方
